Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following two main payment methods:

• Secure credit card payment: We can also accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

In which currency will I be charged?

All our transactions are processed in EUR The transaction is processed automatically. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate exchange rate for your chosen currency, depending on the website you are visiting.

Do you offer a 3- or 4-time payment option?

We accept payment in three installments.

How can I change/modify my order?

If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us in our Support center.

Please note that we can help you change your order before it is shipped.

Once your package has been shipped, we can no longer change anything.

What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email?

If you haven't received a confirmation email for your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing the order, or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us for further information about your order.
